MFC guarantees the quality of its products continuously monitoring the performances of the quality system. The achievement and mantaining of the ISO 9001:2015 state that MFC is able to apply in a proper, efficient and correct way the procedures that we are demanded by our customers, in order to obtain a high level quality product at a competitive price.
The achievement and the mantaining of quality in the procedure of production and control, are the goal which all of our staff works for, relying on sophisticated and precise detection tools.
Our metrology lab is equipped with DEA dimensional control machine, able to accomplish high level precision measurements.
In its production department MFC has installed a workstation for data collection and an online SPC, enabling to visualize in real time graphics, inspection sheets and capacity indexes, applying a specific statistical analysis program.
Conscious of the importance of the human component, MFC costantly focuses its attention on the improvement of its human sources skills, thanks to a continuous training process.
